Christmas Returns
Don't leave your Christmas orders till the last minute. This is a very busy time of the year, so please order with time to spare, as we cannot guarantee last-minute orders will arrive in time for Christmas. We ship our items from our store in Sheffield, England, so the further away the destination, the longer it takes for them to arrive.
Many customers are buying for Christmas so, at this time of year, we extend our normal returns policy.
We will accept returns up until 14th January 2024 or 30 days after delivery, whichever is the latest.
Please just add a note in the comments with order that it is for a Christmas gift.
If you are looking at items that have a message similar to “Ships in x weeks” please note that you will have to wait however long it mentions the shipping to take because the items will be on backorder. You will need to add the item in the size you want to your trolley and checkout to secure yourself a pair. As soon as it arrives in our store, we will ship it out. The normal shipping timeframe applies.
Express Shipping is only available to UK addresses, and the aim is 1 working day inside Great Britain and 2 working days for Northern Ireland. If ordered after 1pm, the order will be shipped on the next working day. E.g. If you order after 1pm on Friday, the order will only ship out on Monday.
We will be happy to exchange the boots for a different size, style, and colour or process a refund, so don't be afraid of trying something new if you're unsure about sizing. If you decide to exchange something of higher value, we will require the remainder amount to be paid before shipping the goods.
